While PCI Broadband Voice will work for the single location small to medium size business it excels at providing a national campus environment, uniting all locations, small offices, mobile employees and telecommuters into a managed service, which is experienced as a single environment.  PCIbroadband does this while eliminating intra-location long distance calls and costly network lines.  PCIbroadband can deliver this service over any broadband connection but if customer chooses to utilize PCI Broadband IP then we can provide all of these services on one easy and convenient bill further simplifying the complicated array of today’s telecommunications.  PCI Broadband Voice IP is available nationwide as DSL, Wireless Broadband, T1, DS3, OC3 and OC12. 

PCI Broadband Voice Console provides web based management at a company administrator level And at a personal level for each employee of your company.  The Administrator Control Console (ACC) allows you to log onto the PCI Broadband Voice website and control features such as Employees moves, adds, changes, build hunt groups, manage calling restrictions and more.  The Personal Control Console (PCC) allows the employee to see all of your call logs, listen to Visual Voicemail, Set-up and/or make Voice or Web Conference Calls, change the location that you can be reached at, set-up find me follow me features, utilize click to call features and much more. 

PCI Broadband Voice has local number portability in most states which means we service clients virtually anywhere.  We can assign new numbers for clients and with our local service hibernation product we can turn down numbers for seasonal clients and only charge them a minimal fee until they need the service again.
